Project Scope: New/used compact 750sqft dwelling for two with great location but no dining area.

Solution: An elegant bar that blends living and kitchen boundaries together through proportions, color and material. Construction included demolition of dividing walls, new hung ceiling, dining bar and kitchen flooring. Construction complete.
