Project Scope: Enhancement of existing outdoor space for gardening and entertaining, while creating a strong connection to the interior
Client Requests:
– Improved daylighting to interior.
– Interior/exterior garden connection.

Solution: Central exterior fireplace that anchors a series of outdoor rooms unfolding as one moves through the yard. Entry, dining and kitchen are also redesigned to allow for greater yard visibility along with a wall of built-ins in the living room for a touch of comfort. Phase one construction encompassed seasonal storage with a second floor tree house. Construction is screw-fastened for easy relocation or disassembly and reuse. Interior construction pending.
